How does the TENANTS Legal HOTLINE work?

Hotline volunteers collect preliminary information regarding tenancy issues. Legal questions are referred to law students, who work with pro bono attorneys to collaborate on researching and answering them. Non-legal questions are referred to local community resources — including but not limited to other parts of ITU!
